Delivery Process

• All items will be delivered to the room of your choice and assembled , provided there is clear access. Please inform us of any access restrictions in advance (e.g., stairs, narrow hallways).
Missed Deliveries
If you miss your scheduled delivery, please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule. Additional charges may apply for redelivery.
Inspecting Your Delivery
• Upon delivery, we recommend inspecting your items thoroughly. If there are any damages or defects, please report them to our team within 48 hours.
